Brad grew up on the coast of Oregon, the son and grandson of dentists. He developed a love for the outdoors as a kid and knew that dentistry was for him because both his father and grandfather earned a good income and had plenty of time to play.

After graduating from dental school, Brad worked for public health for a couple years then purchased his practice where he hired a coach to help him master the business, leadership, and customer service aspects of running a practice. He spent countless hours taking CE to enhance his clinical skills. Then in 2010 he developed a tremor and had to sell his practice.

After the dust settled, he earned his MBA and began working with a consulting company helping other dentists learn the ropes of running a business effectively. As time went on, Brad found that clients not only want to learn the business component of running a practice, they also benefitted greatly from the executive coaching he began to incorporate for his clients.
